The Daily Shoot:
Looking back at the year, what was your favorite memory? Illustrate it with a photograph.
My favorite memories all center around these three grandkids. Here they are in one of their many silly moments having a blast. They are wishing you all a Happy New Year!
I wish the same to everyone and am pleased to say I made it for 365 along with the help of so many of you. Thanks for all the help and encouragement! You all are the best!!
These two went on a shopping spree today and had to show off their new silver caps in the car on the ride home. Once they got home they produced a fashion show so all family members could enjoy viewing their new clothes. John Michael said “no fashion show” from him. They topped the day off by going to the movies! No one is looking forward to tomorrow when they have to part company!
John Michael, Genesis, and Jilaine are having a blast celebrating and creating a little cousin chaos in the process. There’s nothing quite like these good family times!
The chili is simmering on the stove waiting for our oldest daughter’s family to arrive from Alabama. Genesis can’t wait for the cousins to arrive and the fun to begin! Food + family + love = happiness!
I’m still into all these flowers given to us by our good neighbors, Anna & Bruce. What a beautiful sight to wake up to on yet another very cold December day. Thanks so much, Anna & Bruce!
This rose is part of a Christmas bouquet that was a gift.
We did have a small blanket of snow yesterday – covered the grass but melted on the streets. It was fun watching it come down but today I’m enjoying these beautiful fresh flowers.
The Daily Shoot: Illustrate your idea of peace and harmony….
It’s been a “beary” good Christmas spent with family and friends. These bears reside on the Christmas tree of our very good friends, Diane & Sam. I had fun taking some pictures of the many, many bears and we all had a great day with family & friends. Peace and harmony……
Genesis has Christmas toes, hands, and pajamas! She is now working on Christmas cookies for Santa! Hoping everyone is having a wonderful Christmas eve! Georgia is having snow predicted for tomorrow. If it happens, It will be the first time in more than a decade Georgia has gotten snowfall on Christmas day.
